• Download Not Working: If the PDF link is broken or the file is corrupted — we will fix it or refund you. No questions asked.
• Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same order, the extra charge will be fully refunded within 5-7 working days.
• Already Downloaded: If you have successfully downloaded the PDF, refunds are generally not applicable as the digital product has been delivered.
