At Panchangpdf.in, our goal is that every customer gets exactly what they paid for — a working, downloadable Panchang PDF. We provide publicly available Panchang PDFs to help users easily access them in one place.

Because we sell digital PDF files only (not physical books), our refund policy is designed to be fair — we refund when there is a genuine delivery failure, not after the product has been successfully accessed.

Requesting a refund is simple. Follow these steps:

• Share Order Details
  Provide your order ID or transaction ID, the Panchang PDF name you purchased, and the email address used during purchase.
• Describe the Issue
  Briefly explain the problem — PDF not received, broken link, wrong file, duplicate charge, etc.
• We Review and Respond
  Our team will review your request and respond within 2-4 hours. We will either fix the issue, re-send the PDF, or process your refund.
• Refund Processed
  If refund is approved, it will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days depending on your bank or payment gateway.

5. Refund Timeline

Once your refund request is approved, here is what to expect:

• 0-4 Hours
  We review your complaint and confirm refund eligibility. You receive a confirmation from us.
• 1-2 Days
  Refund is initiated from our side to the payment gateway.
• 3-5 Days
  UPI and Wallet refunds are typically credited within 3-5 working days.
• 5-7 Days
  Debit card and credit card refunds may take up to 5-7 working days depending on your bank.
• 7-10 Days
  In rare cases, bank processing may take up to 10 working days. If not received, contact us again and we will follow up.

6. Duplicate Payment

If you were charged twice for the same Panchang PDF order due to a payment gateway error or accidental double click, please contact us immediately. Do NOT retry the payment again before contacting us.

• Share both transaction IDs or payment screenshots with us.
• We will verify and initiate the refund for the duplicate charge within 24 hours of confirmation.
• The duplicate amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

7. Account and Re-Downloads

Many refund requests can be completely avoided by simply using your account. Here is what your account gives you:

• Unlimited Re-Downloads — Lost your PDF? Just login and download it again anytime. No need to contact us.
• Purchase History — All your purchased Panchang PDFs are saved in your account dashboard permanently.
• No Expiry — Your purchased PDFs do not expire as long as you have an account with us.
• Exclusive Offers — Logged-in users get early access to new 2026-27 Panchang PDF editions and member discounts.
